Le Zillertaler est un fromage à pâte pressée non cuite très savoureux, fabriqué à partir de lait de vaches nourries uniquement au foin. Au cours de ses huit semaines d'affinage, le Zillertaler est soigneusement traité avec des ferments du rouge specifics. Il développe ainsi son gût incomparable et son arôme particulier. Il ne contient pas de lactose et se déguste en toute occasion!
